Before the Stitch(ビフォア・ザ・ステッチ)「吉祥果実」
A Symphony of Blessings: White Plum Blossoms & Auspicious Fruits
Adorned in brilliant vermilion, this kimono bursts with white plum blossoms and circles of richly gathered fruits—each one a symbol of joy, health, and prosperity.
Peaches for longevity. Persimmons for good fortune. Grapes for abundance. Yuzu for protection and renewal.
Every motif here carries a centuries-old wish for a blessed life.
The circular patterns that cradle the fruits represent “en”—a powerful Japanese concept of connection, destiny, and divine encounters.
The white plum blossoms, first to bloom in the harshness of winter, whisper of resilience, elegance, and hope.
This masterpiece is more than a garment.
It is a woven prayer for joy, a poetic embrace of life’s most beautiful moments.
And now, it waits for you—
to bloom again, reborn as a one-of-a-kind dress.
